At Seaworthy, our mission is to provide high quality, lightweight, performance, hollow wooden surfboards. We hand make our internal frames from naturally rot resistant cedar. We use wood grown locally in the Pacific Northwest and utilize reclaimed material from arborists, donations, and salvage whenever possible. We are also happy to build a surfboard for you using a special piece of wood that you have been saving.

Conventional boards are fragile, but these boards are MADE TO LAST. Perhaps one day you may hand your SEAWORTHY surfboard down to a loved one.

We hold our oceans in high regard and believe we have a duty to protect them.  Plastic pollution has become an epidemic to our oceans and as surfers, using conventional surfboards contributes to that problem. With exception of the waterproof sealant, SEAWORTHY surfboards have internal frames and decks made from 100% BIODEGRADABLE wood.
